- 1,maintain and repair the equipment regularly according to the regulations.
- 2,Before starting the mixing equipment , make sure the operation parts, like inside the mixer and on the belt, etc. are not under maintenance, when the equipment maintenance is started , the main power should be closed and warning signs should be hung on.
- 3,Be always careful when inputting the mixture proportions , and pay much more attention to those proportion ratios which have special requirements to see if the input of the additive protions is correct, and before the production is started,you need to review seriously and confirm everything is right after the new mixture proportions are added.
-4, always pay attention to the stability of operating voltage, and to see if the three-phase power is missing phase or if the voltage is up to the requirement .
-5,observe at any time whether the air pressure of the air compressor is within the provisions
-6, keep a clear head during production, make accurate jedgments once faced the abnormal situation and deal with it decisively.
-7, in the production, if big weighing and dosing errors are found , we should first check if the system parameter setting are correct, and proceed troubleshooting before the production in order to ensure that the quality of the concrete is not affected.
-8, observe the current change of ammeter in the production to control the concrete slump and to inspect if the equipment is overloaded.
-9, once it requires a long time downtiome caused by the power failure or other special circumstances during the production , we need to discharge the concrete from the mixing tank and rinse out the tank with water to prevent the concrete agglomeration and solidification.
-10,clean the equipment and facilities while the equipment is not used, turn off the main power and lock up the control cabinet.
